Microsoft windows server 2003 is the successor of windows server 2000.It is more scalable and better in performance than windows 2000 server. It is said that Microsoft windows server 2003 server is the cornerstone of windows server system line of business server products.The version number of Microsoft windows server 2003 server is 5.2 .It is a server operating system and is very capable and good in performance.It is also reffered to as Win2K3.
